In 2022, 3WIN recognized a critical gap in the vape hardware market, the absence of stateside customization. At the time, every vape manufacturer relied entirely on China for customization needs, resulting in long lead times and logistical complexities. 3WIN saw an opportunity to bring these services closer to home, understanding that a shift to domestic customization could offer substantial benefits to their customers. By implementing stateside customization, they significantly reduced the time and cost associated with overseas customization, providing a more efficient and responsive solution.

In 2023, 3WIN took a pioneering step by becoming the first CCELL distributor to introduce stateside customization for CCELL hardware. This service revolutionized the process by eliminating the standard 10-12 week waiting period for overseas orders. By maintaining a robust inventory within the U.S. and offering local customization services, 3WIN has not only reduced lead times but also improved cash flow for its customers. This move has alleviated the complexities of large, overseas orders, allowing businesses to focus on what matters most, scaling their operations without the burden of long wait times or excessive upfront costs.

CCELL has expanded its manufacturing operations beyond China to Indonesia, enhancing production capacity and reducing lead times. With this expansion, the company has invested heavily in automation, ensuring greater consistency across its production lines. “With the ability for CCELL to manufacturer in multiple countries and implement advanced automation, we’ve been able to take operations at 3WIN to new heights,” says Sinacori.

Expanding Globally: A New Era of Growth

In January 2024, 3WIN expanded its global footprint with the acquisition of Serenus Global, a controlled substances company with its subsidiaries: Big League Cultivation Inc., Big League Genetics Inc., Conscious Compounds Inc., My Fungi Inc., and Sterilized Substrates Inc.

Serenus is engaged in the development, production, and distribution of controlled substances under federally legalized cultivation licenses in its operating jurisdiction. Its principal activities include the cultivation of cannabinoid products, development of cannabinoid-based genetics for licensing to industry cultivators, and the research, cultivation, and distribution of psychedelic and functional mushrooms to authorized purchasers. With Big League Cultivation’s 20,000-square-foot grow facility in Canada and Big League Genetics’ expertise in cannabis genetics, 3WIN is already supplying many global market leaders. This acquisition positions 3WIN to tap into cannabis markets in Canada, Australia, Germany, and the UK.

Conscious Compounds Inc. also holds a rare Controlled Substance Dealer’s License from Health Canada, enabling it to explore the emerging psilocybin and psychedelic medicinal market. "Many cannabis consumers are also interested in exploring psychedelics," notes Sinacori. "Our acquisition of Serenus Global offers us continuity in this evolving space."
