ACT Laboratories has established internal requirements for Potency and other testing in all its’ labs to ensure consistency of services across the multi-state footprint. It also offers consulting services to multi-state and single-state operators who are looking to expand and seek product development and testing consistency with their lab testing partners.

As a trusted partner, ACT Laboratories always goes the extra mile to meet and exceed client expectations. For instance, while testing for environmental contamination, the ACT team works alongside the client to monitor their environment and put programs in place to proactively prevent contamination.
In one instance, ACT Laboratories worked with a client who had microbial contamination in their cannabis growth area. The first course of action was to identify the source of contamination. Through testing and environmental monitoring of the area, ACT Laboratories worked with the client and identified the contamination points. They then made sure that the client was able to effectively eliminate the problem and implement programs and processes to prevent contamination in the future.
Another factor that sets ACT Laboratories apart from the rest is that they work closely with regulators to elevate cannabis testing standards nationwide.
“We’re trying our best to ensure that the regulations make sense for our customers and are geared toward keeping the consumers safe,” says Mr. Drozd.
In an industry rife with inaccurate information, ACT Laboratories is dedicated to bringing accurate information to consumers. Squarely focused on consumer and patient safety, they make sure that its’ client’s product labels accurately reflect ingredients.
Backed by a Leadership team with extensive experience in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industries and a team of industry leading chemists, microbiologists and researchers, ACT Laboratories is working toward its vision of ensuring that its quality standards and policies are unparalleled in the cannabis industry. They are aggressively expanding across the U.S. to include expansion into New Jersey into 2023 with additional expansion targets identified for 2024. For ACT Laboratories, the goal is clear––to maintain its position as the predominant cannabis testing lab in the country.
