Eddy Wang serves as a senior engineering manager at Leviton, where he leads daily operations in project engineering, manufacturing engineering and PCBA production. His career spans the full spectrum of mechanical and electronic manufacturing, consistently uncovering opportunities to advance innovation and efficiency.

Wang began his career on the manufacturing floor at Jabil, where he served as an engineering supervisor and built foundational knowledge in PCBA assembly and box-build integration. At Viasystems, he expanded his expertise into engineering management, reinforcing his capabilities in cross-functional coordination and hands-on process refinement. His growing command of electronics production set the stage for progressively senior roles in globally recognized firms.

During his tenure at Schneider Electric, he stepped into a broader role as plant manager, overseeing operations in five business groups. He worked closely with sales and finance to track product margins and led monthly reviews on profit and loss outcomes. Wang also implemented KPI systems for logistics, engineering and purchasing, tracking output through OTD, OEE and other key metrics. His strategic decisions were grounded in clear data and planning.

The next chapter unfolded at Bosch Rexroth, where he took on the role of manufacturing director, introducing revised quality systems, redesigned floor layouts and reconfigured production lines to achieve stronger cohesion and improve overall process flow.

Wang later transitioned to Flextronics, where he held the position of senior engineering manager and expanded his scope to include product integration and engineering cost control. His efforts improved coordination throughout product lines and created a more efficient approach to design integration, testing and process execution. Operational effectiveness improved through Lean implementation, while continuous feedback loops helped maintain flexibility during high-demand periods.

By the time he joined Leviton, Wang had gained in-depth experience spanning plant management, process engineering and organizational transformation. His leadership approach emphasizes operational flow and cohesion. He reorganizes teams around customer-centered models, refines multifunctional workflows and reshapes internal procedures to connect every project from design to production. Engineering and manufacturing now move with clarity and operations grow smarter. Wang’s management philosophy is grounded in a detailed understanding of manufacturing systems and continuous improvement strategies combined with practical methods like design-for-test, design of experiments and failure modes and effects analysis. He also holds a Six Sigma green belt certification and works within internationally recognized ISO standards.
